Every year, Beachhead welcomes thousands of tabletop gamers and pop culture enthusiasts to the Bournemouth International Centre for a vibrant celebration of tabletop gaming and everything that surrounds it. Whether you're a casual player or a battle-hardened strategist, you'll find an exciting mix of top-tier wargames, card games, board games, role-playing sessions, miniatures games, participation games, tournaments, cosplay, classes, seminars, and much more.
Beachhead 2025 attracted over 3,500 attendees, including many who traveled from overseas to experience the event firsthand. Hundreds of participants competed in tournaments, with the largest being the Warhammer 40,000 '40K Brawl', which saw more than 200 players battle it out. The event continues to attract more high-profile exhibitors, such as Duncan Rhodes Painting Academy, Cult of Paint, Asmodee, Coiledspring Games, and many others. Additionally, Beachhead now hosts a growing number of officially sanctioned events, including the highly anticipated Flesh & Blood Road to Nationals. As Beachhead Tabletop Games Expo continues to grow, there's no sign of this momentum slowing down.
Founded in 2014 by Pete Valinksi and his team at Entoyment Wargaming & Hobby Centre in Poole, Dorset, UK, Beachhead began as a primarily wargaming-focused event. Since then, it has expanded to showcase a diverse range of tabletop games and collectibles, becoming a must-attend event for fans from all over the world.
