What are Beachhead's opening hours?

*Early/late access to the tournament halls will be granted to tournament ticket holders where required.

Beachhead Expo opens at 10am but my tournament ticket says it starts at a different time. Which is correct?

If you are playing in a tournament, you may be able to, or be required to, arrive earlier that 10am. Please refer to your event pack or tournament organiser for details.

I'd like a VIP Upgrade. Do I need a General Admission ticket too?

Yes.

Will tickets be available on the door?

General Admission tickets will be available on the door, but at a higher price.
Tournament tickets must be purchased in advance.
VIP Upgrades and other ticketed attractions and events are limited, so depend on space and availability.

I purchased a Beachhead tournament ticket from Entoyment. Is my ticket still valid?

No. You'll be emailed a new ticket (free of charge) to use on the day.

I'd like to exhibit at Beachhead. Where do I apply?

What's your refund policy?

Tournament tickets can be refunded within 28 days of the purchase date.

General Admission and VIP Upgrade tickets are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
