General Admission tickets will be available on the door, but at a higher price:
Single Day
Adult: £10 Adv / £12 OTD
Child (6–15yrs): £5 Adv / £6 OTD
Weekend
Adult: £15.00 Adv / £18 OTD
Child (6–15yrs): £7.50 Adv / £9 OTD
Tournament tickets must be purchased in advance.
VIP Upgrades and other ticketed attractions such as RPGs are limited, so depend on space and availability. We recommend you purchase/book these in advance to avoid disappointment.Yes, we'll need to scan the code on your ticket to give you your wristband. We can scan from a print out or from your phone display.
Tickets are emailed to you shortly after your order is complete. This can take a few minutes. Your ticket will be attached to a confirmation email.
Please check your Spam and Junk mail. Note that some Junk and Spam folders are set to delete emails older than 30 days.
If you created an account before or during checkout, you can log in to view and download all tickets you've purchased.
If you still can't locate your ticket, please contact us so we can resend it to you, or speak with a member of our team on the door and we will attempt to locate your ticket on our system.
Children under the age of 6 do not need a General Admission ticket. You can bring them in free of charge.
Yes. Once you've had your ticket scanned, or you've purchased a ticket at the door, you'll be given a wristband. You can leave the expo, then show your wristband at the door to return.
Yes.
Tournament tickets can be refunded within 28 days of the purchase date.
General Admission and VIP Upgrade tickets are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Bournemouth International Centre only lists the events that have tickets available through their own box office. We have chosen to sell tickets directly through our own website this year.
If you are playing in a tournament, you may be able to, or be required to, arrive earlier than 10am and leave later than 5pm. Please refer to your event pack or tournament organiser for details.
